An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Service team to support the Product Management group in their data analysis.

The intent of the role is to execute data analysis that supports effective decision making to support Service Marketing and Product Management decision making. Further to this, the role involves creating and maintaining Service Master Data elements to enable the effective quotation, sale, execution and invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:Execute data collection and analysis as required to support the strategic decision making for all Services and Spares Marketing and Product Management actions.

Define and maintains a set of reports in a central location for the use of the Services Marketing and Product Management team covering such things as; sales prices (list and average), costs, regional variations, service volumes and business KPIs.

Manage SAP data set-up as shared by Service Product Management to manage availability status in SAP as part of product lifecycle management.

Manage SAP data set-up as shared by Service Product Management to raise all materials to SAP as part of New Product Introduction (NPI), including data such as sales texts and other rich text in line with structured conventions

Support the business with SAP / data change / add requests and analysis queries through the product lifecycle including material setup/extension and control of material master data consistency in line with Product Manager guidance.

Ensure consistency of data for materials already on SAP (including but not limited to service exchange pricing, sales texts, descriptions etc) through cleanup of existing data and accurate structuring of new data

Applicant Requirements:

Education level:Educated to a higher school leaving standard, such as UK A-Level or equivalent with a mathematical orientation.

Relevant previous experience:Three years of professional experience in the use of advanced the functionality of MS Excel, including; Graphs, Pivot tables, Lookup tables and Macros.

Language skills:Verbal and written English needs to be of a good standard.

Other skills and knowledge:Experience in using SAP and the operation of standard R3 reports, Business Warehouse and/or Business Objects an advantage.
