Business Analyst - Customer Service
Salary: £30k - £40k negotiable, bonus, benefits
This role will be based at the global headquarters of a market leading UK manufacturer. These are exciting times - our client has been expanding through the downturn and is looking to build further on this. With strong analytical and communication skills you will have experience of customer service and supply chain in a complex fast moving global organisation. You will gather and interpret relevant data (to support customer experience improvements and investigate problems, find root causes, and develop appropriate solutions). These will include data driven process improvement projects for the Customer Service Team and wider Customer Service Community.
You will also develop process controls to monitor customer service activities - end to end.
We are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role, OR a strong academic background with a good understanding of the business;
Knowledge of customer service and a global supply chain;
Demonstrated analytical ability;
Ability to communicate at all levels;
In depth knowledge of Oracle applications or similar would be an advantage.
